The International Institute of Engineering Psychology (IIEP), founded in August 2022, is a research institution focused on the interaction of human psychology and behavior in an engineering environment. The Institute aims to explore and understand the characteristics of human cognition, emotion, decision making and behavior in the field of engineering in order to improve the effectiveness of engineering design and management. The institute currently consists of 7 research centers: Human-Computer Interaction Research Center, Human Factor Engineering Research Center, Cognitive Process Research Center, System and Organization Design Research Center, Virtual and Augmented Reality Research Center, Traffic and Aviation Psychology Research Center, Engineering Psychology History Research Center, and currently has more than 10 professors or researchers. Set up the IIEP Award for Theoretical Research in Artificial Intelligence.
